After recieving advice from countless sources, I've decided that my mobo is dead. So I'm sending that back for a replacement.
But when I took my heatsink off I noticed that I never removed the paper from the double adhesive thermal patch. I never got my system running...no beeps, no bios screen, just fans moving. I let it run like this all night once. Do you think my CPU is dead from this? Should I send this back along with the mobo?
