Is My Computer Toast?

Long story short: Power outage caused my computer to shutdown...but now it won't startup!

When I turn on the computer the HDD activity light is constant and monitor status light is yellow. That's it. WTF happened and how do I fix it?

Thanks!

when my comp wont start up its usually becuase I messed up the bios. first way to check this is to hold down the 'del' key during start up. If it wont even get that far, then I open it up and clear the 'cmos memory.' check your motherboard manual on how to do that, or find the little jumpers labeled cmos (sometimes next to a small battery) and mover the little jumper from pins 1 and 2 to 2 and 3 and then back again....
