Is my chipset overheating?

contemplate

Junior Member
I'm new with this computer stuff!

I'm running WinBond Hardware Doctor v2.71. When playing UT2003, I get a lot of warnings from Winbond saying that my "PWM temperature exceeds limits." I believe it is set to 62 celsius. I've been told that it is my chipset, which I believe is the Springdale i865PE chipset if I'm not mistaken?

Prior to overclocking, Winbond rarely warned me about PWM temperatures. How can I reduce the amount of overheating? Can I combat this?

Help would be greatly appreciated!
