Is my card too hot? or normal?

My brother just got 5600 Ultra. Its 63'c in windows and around 75-80'C when playing game. Is this normal? no overclock no mod nothing on card. Its hot but seems like working fine(no artifacts or slowdowns). Should i change this card?
