is my card running right?

i just got a powercolor 9600pro,

and i was checking the settings and it seems to be running at 203MHz under the memory clock display, while the specs say 400HMz, after googling for abit i saw something about things running 2x200HMz and wondered if thats whats happening, or if its just set too low?

Your 9600Pro memory is running 406MHz, you're good.
