hi, I'm back again seeking for help. I have a system p5kpl-am-epu board not booting or can't make it to post,, tried inserting a new ram, psu and processor but I'm not 100% sure if the processor I got is 100% working because it hasn't been use for months. the heat sink is running, board light is on.. electricity on the board is running except on the southbridge heatsink, I can't feel any electricity into it using my fingers, all the other parts has a current flowing including the memory stick, capacitors and actually I can manage to charge my phone on its usb port. by the way, I didn't hear any beeps.. please help me
