Is my board bent?

I'm concerned about possible bending of my Asus P5Q-E motherboard after installation of an OCZ Vendetta 2 CPU cooler. Here are some pics of a northbridge heatsink, I'm worried that it's not making contact with the mosfet chips underneath. Can I remove the spring loaded NB heatsink to make sure it's okay? Should I RMA this board? I only bought it 2 weeks ago from NCIX so I still have 2 more weeks on my express RMA insurance plan.

If you remove the CPU cooler does it return to the way it was? or Was it warped to begin with?

I haven't checked yet because I'm afraid of excessive removal/reseating of the heatsink possibly causing more damage to the board! But I definitely didn't notice this when I first got the board, only after trying to install the heatsink with board still in the case. That didn't work so well so I took the board out to install the cpu heatsink, that's when I noticed the bending.
