Hi all,

Yesterday I was bored and decided to update all my drivers. I went to biostars website looking for drivers (tf 560 am2+) and noticed the new bios for the phenoms. My biostar mobo came with a program to install it, t-bios or something like that. Anyway, it got to 68% in the boot block section and it froze. I left it for 30 minutes but it persisted so I pulled the plug. Now it wont boot at all. Nothing comes up, just a black screen. Also, I decided to look in the case and noticed the only fans that spind were the ones connected to the mobo and the ones on the PSU werent. The 2 led error lights were also off and no beeps. Am I going to have to RMA?

Check your manual. Some motherboards have a second, backup BIOS you can use to boot if your original BIOS becomes corrupted.

Good luck. :)

I was going to check the manual but I was to lazy too look for it. Anyway, it says something about making a bootable floppy disk and putting the bios file and a file called AWDFLASH.exe on it, which is supposedly available from their site but im not seeing it. I might give it another shot tomorow.
