Is my athlon 650@800 too hot?

I think the power might be too hot how do i fix it? maybe i need a 300 watt ps because i am using too much power.

 
Sandra is too inaccurate. It tells me that my CPU is 74° Celsius hot, but my PC Alert tells me it's 44° Celsius. I don't believe Sanrda 😉
