Is my Antec SL350W enough?

Here is my specs:

P4 2.4c + Zalman CNPS7700-AlCu
4x 512 DDR PC2700
Intel 865PERL Mobo
Geforce 2 MX400
Onboard NIC
1x 20GB WD IDE
1x 400GB HItach SATA
1x 300GB Maxtor 16mb SATA
2x 120mm fans
4x 80mm fans

I plan on connecting a Liteon CDRW, would my PSU be sufficient enough?
Is my Antec SL350W powerful enough for all these components?
Any recommendations or input woud be nice.

yeah, i have one of those, they have like 21a on the 12v, no? that'll be plenty.

A definite yes, since you don't have a power hungry video card and CPU.

Even an Antec 300W should run fine...
