Sure it is. It is basically an Athlon 64 dual core, similar to those on the desktop socket AM2. They support dual channel DDR2 RAM, are 90nm and are available as 1.6GHz with 256k cache per core, or 1.6/1.8GHz with 512k cache per core. They are probably similar in performance to the Intel Core Duo and Core 2 Duo of around the same MHz.
