Is my A7M266 dying a slow Death?

i got my board shortly after it was released 9 months ago and i've been using it pretty hard ( at least 150 FSB but usually over ).
and it's been super stable even up to now.
although 2 weeks ago started to noticed glitches.
1) the system would freeze in the "Windows is shutting Down" screen whenever i restarted. - i always thought that a simple tweak would solve this problem so i never was too concerned about it.
2) then a couple of days ago while playing "DS9: the Fallen" the windows mouse pointer, while in hourglass (loading), would appear in the game screen causing the game to sputter. - i had been playing the game for about a week before with no problems. i installed the latest game patch but it didn't solve it. then i thought that maybe it was the MS Internet Explorer USB mouse not liking the High FSB. so i drop the FSB to 150 running my 1.4 TB @ 1575MHz, but the problem was still there. i then decided to use PS2 mouse and connected my Razer 2000. and sure enough the problem disappeared. the Internet Explorer USB mouse will work fine in windows but just not in the game.
3) then yesterday the system would not shutdown. it would start-up immediately after powering down. - i had to turn it off by pressing the power-on button a couple so seconds for the system to completely shut down.

now i know that each problem that i'm having, on it's own, would not be a major concern but for all three to happen in a span of 2 weeks on a system that was not changed (meaning no bios changes where made and no software was installed in the computer except i just updated the my GF3 to tne new Det XP).

so, should i be worried?
LMK.

have you removed the jumper for your DDR voltage setting yet? i had problems close to what your having and i had to remove the jumper completly and it fixed them, running great now!!!

😀

yes, since it came with the jumpers 2.7V instead of the 2.5V that micron likes i removed it a long time ago.
