Is my 450 watt PSU enough to handle a Geforce 260 card?

Hey guys, i purchased the PSU below based on a recommendation and a couple people told me the PSU will be fine because it has high amperage on the 12 volt rail (33 amps)... but Nvidia says the bare minimum is a 500 Watt PSU. My system is a dual core E8400 and 8 gigs of 6400 RAM. I may also do a slight O/C from 3.0 to 3.6 ghz in the future. Would my PSU handle a system with a geforce 260 without any problems?

edit:

I'm thinking of getting this card btw, a geforce 260 with the core overclocked to 655

I ran a e7200 clocked to 3.5 in the system below but with a GTX260 and a 2 year old FSP 400w, so yeah
