I have a ttgi m-psu FP250u in a matx slim case
the spec's are

+3.3v +5v +12v -12v -5v +5vsb (what is vsb??)
16A 25a 10a .8a .5a 2a

(I see a few 300 watts on directron but im not too sure about the brand in-win) so here's the parts commin in for my new htpc

E2160 (keeping it at stock or under clocking/undervolting)

zalman 7000-alcu

7050/610i mb (going to be using the onboard video)

dvdrw

1 stick of ddr2 2gb (no dual channel on the mobo so only one stick)

pvr-150

one ide or one sata hd (which ever is lower in power consumption I think it's sata)

3 60mm vantec stealth fans

one wifi pci card

the normal keyboard and mouse

I tried one of those psu calculators and it told me 180watts (which I think it's going to stress out the little psu is it's @ 180 watts :( )
Thanks for the input
hope to have everything next week

my calculation was about 200watts too. so i'd swap it for new one. probably 350watts because at half load they have the highest efficiency

Using integrated graphics, that system will probably draw a max of 130W. You could use silentpcreview articles here http://www.silentpcreview.com/article785-page5.html and here http://www.silentpcreview.com/article807-page8.html as reference. Neither of them is an Nvidia solution but I wouldn't think there's much of a difference. Both systems had processors which use more power than the E2160 which will at least balance out those fans and probably more.

Judging by those numbers you are pretty dead on with that 250W PSU.
