Is my 1.2Ghz Tbird any good?

I can boot it up to Win2000 at 1470mhz but it crashed when I play CS. It runs perfectly at 1420mhz. Is this any good?

yeah that's pretty good, I can run mine at 1471 but its not stable because of my ram.
