Is Mushkin good Enough?

I have a 128 stick of the mushkin budget pc133 ram and want to upgrade to an athalon or T-bird and one of the new motherbords that are out. Will this ram do the job? and I am thinking of getting more memory wyle its cheap should i get the same mushkin ram for compatabilities sake?

Depends on which board....I have the MSI KT7 Pro2 with Mushkin Rev. 1.5...It runs great..I also have to say that it runs better under Windows 2000..I see a dramatic increase in speed..I am running a true 1gig T-Bird by the way...IT IS SWEET!

I mean as long as you are not going after the DDR stuff ;)

Mushkin budget should be good enough for an AMD system since they don't stress the RAM too much. Getting the same kind or not is up to you. If you get something faster you may be able to use it later, but if you plan on always using the two sticks together then it won't hurt to get the budget again.
