I dunno, I love their studio stuff, but they use alot of digitally enhanced effects, and that's pretty hard to pull off live without an incredibly experienced sound technician constantly working on all channels.

I loved their performance, but this was a few years back, so there wasn't much of an audience in Detroit...would've been a lot better had the floor been filled.

I missed them the last time around, I should keep an eye on them.

their shows are fantastic...good stage presence and if they are headlining, meaning the people are there to see them mostly, then everyone really gets into it. it's a damn fine show in my opinion

they are VERY good live. one of the few bands who can pull it off live. the singer has real talent, so it isn't a giant clusterfvck like you get with most modern live bands. they were very energetic and had a great set.

there are at least two that came before those albums, but i think they get better as they go along.

I think there are 4 albums. I really did not pay attention to them after the single Plug In Baby (for some reason, there was no US album, just UK imports at the time, so I just didn't bother). Their last album is pretty good though. Like many other great Brit bands, they have never really caught the following in the US that they have in their homeland.

Showbiz, Origins of Symmetry, Absolution, Black Holes & Revelations
There's also Hullabaloo Soundtrack, which is a concert CD and a CD of studio B-sides.

I got Knights of Cydonia in lame VBR and it still sounds crappy for some reason, like it was recorded with a microphone by a stereo...well, not that bad, but close. I imagine the original recordings just weren't too good? I could try and find a different MP3.

While we're at it, what are they're 5 best songs?
