Is MSI K7 Pro2A ATA 100? If not how do i make it ATA 100?

I have a quantum 40 gig hard drive that is ATA 100. HOw do i know that it is running at ATA 100 and not 66.

If you are running WIN98, it is probably running at ATA100. If you are running WIN2K, you need the
patch from here Select the MSI K7T Pro/Pro2/Pro2A link at the top and
then select FAQ on the left side. Then scroll down to the last entry on the page. Also, the MSI Pro2A came
with a CD with some cool monitoring tools on it.
