Question is motherboard broken ?

i connected the rbg cable to the rgb header and it came a spark and mealted a little, is my pc broken now ? it still turns on and i can use it, havent played any games yet but it seem to be working fine, the spark came and melted where i drew the circle

Got it 2days ago, but another redacted up on my side is that i changed the cpu cooler because the stock one sucks, so no more warranty
