Kazaa is the original, Morpheus is Kazaa with a name change. So if Kazaa is spyware, wouldn't that make Morpheus spyware as well?

As for WinMX. It's not bad. There is nothing that is as good as Napster used to be.

Ahh no, Morpheus is the KaZaa engine with some changes to the interface and backend.
It was developed that way so the Kazaa people could liscense their version of p2p to other companies.

So you might very well see Kazaa and Morpheus (and any other programs based on the same tech), work
in different ways. The cool thing is they all connect to the same data, so Morpheus users still share
with Kazza user and others.
