Is money a necessary evil?

for now. until we get a functioning world government and abolish poverty and starvation, well need it. communism doesnt work in the real world.
 
Why is money evil? It is extremely efficient too;, even communist governements use money. It is simply a store of wealth.

Without money we'd all be a whole lot poorer.
