Is Monarch Computers always this slow on shipping parts?

This was my first time ordering from Monarch Computers, and due to the lack of charging CA Tax, they were cheap for a few of my components for my new PC. I called them up yesterday, and they said they would upgrade shipping from Fedex Express Saver (3-5 day) to Fedex 2 day for free. They also said they would be shipping everything Thursday (today), but nothing from Gmail or Monarch's website has changed (except they changed shipping type last night).

Are they slow to update the site, or are they really this slow? I ordered everything from Amazon (1 today, 2 tomarrow), ZipZoomFly (both shipments came today), Newegg (came monday), and Monarch. I even ordered a eVGA 7900GT Video card from Newegg on Monday and it came Wednesday!

I knew Monarch was slow, but are they really this slow?

I have never had a problem with them. But others have.

Basically if something tends to be backordered they can be a little lax in letting you know.

This can sometimes hold up the order until everything is in.

Maybe, I did order popular parts... AMD X2 4400+, DFI LanParty UT NF4 Ultra-D Motherboard, and Creative Labs X-Fi Platinum. Oh, and some $2 AMD X2 sticker thing.

Dangit, still nothing, and I tried calling 45min after customer support closed for the weekend. I emailed them about this, hopefully someone replies soon. Anything think they might have shipped without giving me a reference number for Fedex and didnt update my order status page? I was hopeing for building my PC Tomarrow or Sunday :(
