is mixing ram ok?

I have 2 sticks of corsair value ram and 2 sticks of ocz premiere ram

Can I mix them together. They have different timings but both pc3200.

if yes,any drawbacks,problems?
 
i wouldnt mix different brands with different timings. i wouldnt mix them even if they were same timings. i would just get more corsair value or more ocz and sell the ones your not gonna use.
 
u can mix them... but they will prolly run at the speed of the slower ram of the two... but real world difference is minimal.. which means u prolly won't notice it..
but if u r playing game like bf2 or do heavy redering/graphic related tasks... go for it..
