I've been around long enough to have seen her in multiple movie roles throughout her career. I remember her when she was 20 years younger. 🙂

i turn 40 on friday, so i'm not sure if the "Young Ones" would apply to me.

Nope; doesn't apply to you. This only applies to the college kidz that say "Meg Ryan WHO?" and they honestly have no clue at all. They think Jessica Alba and Lindsy Lohan are the Quintessential Actresses of the 21st Century. :roll:

She used to be very attractive until she had some type of cosmetic surgery. Now she looks like a freak.
 
She started putting on too much powder and makeup.

But yeah i think her acting career is pretty much done, lol. Her ex-husband, however, Dennis Quaid still gets more work than her it seems. He's got 2 movies coming out now. that flight of the pheonix movie and that movie with scarlett johannson/topher grace called good company or something.
 
she's past her age of cuteness, but her work is done, from when harry met sally to you've got mail..damn cute.
