I really miss the heat lamps. A Big Mac used to be a homogenous flavor experience. Now it has textures and various flavors and temperatures for different ingredients. I liked it all melted together. 🙁

Well, here I am sitting at work, and its getting to be around lunch time..and im hungry! I thought to myself "hmm...a burger sounds nice". I ask my co-workers if they would like to go out and get a burger, and one of them said "Hardees!". Hardees? Who goes to get a burger at Hardees? Well, we went to Hardees and ordered up some burgers..and believe it or not..Hardees has black angus beef in their burgers! I told my co-worker we are going to Hardees the rest of the week!

The point of not having round patties is their motto is 'We don't cut corners'. Wendy's is pretty good but i rarely eat there. They seem pretty expensive. I have to say that Burger King is pretty good. Flame broiled, the one here does well at getting orders right, Can't speak for theo thers in other cities but, all in all I enjoy eating at the one here even if it is fast food. 🙂

Unfortunately, the only good hamburgers are available in places with a neon "EAT" sign in the window or somplace with facilities for about 300 Johnny Big riggers.

WTF are you talking about??? I guess they stopped frying the Frenchies in beef fat, but the fries aren't all that different.

Heydey for McD's was back in the mid- to late 80s, back when they had Burger Buddies (4 silver dollar size burgers...omg those were awesome!!!) Back then like everyone had their birthday parties at this HUGE yellow McDonald's in London Ontario with the big Playland (I remember when driving over the bridge we would see the HUGE golden arches rising into the sky...it would make me very happy!!!) I guess I grew out of it...and no other McD's locale could compare to that one near London Ontario.
