Is Mario 64 bootleg?

I was prowling on ebay just now looking for Mario 64 and came across several sellers who have brand new N64 games. The boxes still pristine and sealed. Are these bootlegs? Nintendo has stopped manufacturing these so why are brand new games still circling the market? The same deal with the Dreamcast console.

I'm so dying to play Mario again. I should never have sold my original copy.

well, some people could have just repacked their own copies and put them back in their respective boxes...or they really could have some leftover stock from wherever they bought it. anything is possible on ebay, take it from me. haha...

people are selling their old stuff, thats not a problem. it'll just be used thats all, though you may get lucky and get a "hardly-used" one or a brand new/like new/mint condition one.

though im sure what some *cheap* people do is download the rom and the respective emulator. i hate people when they do that. its just like pirating...but in video games. so stupid.
