Things like SpyFalcon forcing people to buy their software are so damn juvenile. Why is the SpyFalcon company allowed to keep doing what it's doing?
 
I have no idea what the specific software you refer to is, but malware is a pretty broad category. Some is legal, some is not.
 
well, spyfalcon imitates the windows security alert saying that you have loads of viruses. it forces you to buy their software to make this go away. the worst thing is spyfalcon is extremely difficult to get rid of.
