NO!

Do not order from them. I ordered a few subscriptions in January. They debited my account for the correct amounts the very next day, but I have yet to receive 1 magazine in the mail. I've contacted them twice. Both times, they said there is nothing they can do and it's up to the magazine company from this point on.
 
I think I've seen them mentioned in the Hot Deals forum before.

They allow payment via PayPal.

I ordered from someone a long time ago who accepted personal checks.
I had to mail a check to Florida.
All went well.

Those subscriptions have expired and I can't find that company or they're no longer in business.

These would be RENEWAL subscriptions.
Albeit they've expired within the last month or two.
The individual magazines want the full price for renewal.
So, I cancelled two of them and one just expired.

I'd like to find a cheap site where I can renew them at a greatly discounted price.

Where yours renewal or new subscriptions?
Sometimes subscriptions state to allow 8-weeks or more for your first issue to arive.
