I am building on a budget and looking to buy a new motherboard. The MachSpeed MSNV-939 looks to be just what I need and fits very nicely into my budget. I am pairing it with a AMD Athlon 64x2 4400. I have read quite a bit thought that says you get what you pay for. I am hoping that this motherboard is of good quality but I can't find any reviews on it. Any information on the quality of that motherboard is appreciated. Also, if you don't know of that board, but you have another that would support my processor and fit into a lower budget, I would appreciate that advice as well. Thank you.

I've used several MachSpeed boards without any complaints. They are what they are, rebadged Jetway or Biostar boards. In case of the MSNV-939, it appears to be a rebadged Biostar NF4-A9A, which is available in two PCB revisions.

Newer BIOS updates can often be found from Jetway or Biostar, and that appears to be the case here. Biostar has a BIOS dated 2007 while the latest at MachSpeed's website is 2006.
