The assumption is that the use of the word "sinner" in the post title means "someone who commits sin"...

Sin is defined as the "transgression of the law". There is nothing in the definition that suggests it would not be inclusive of Lucifer.

Which by the way has very little to nothing to do with ethics or morality.

Sin applies to angels just as it applies to humans, as it is defined by anything that is in violation of God's law. However, for reasons not entirely known, and honestly aren't important for the everyday operation of one's life, angels are not afforded grace, mercy, and forgiveness like humans are.

Depending on which of the infinite flavors of Christianity you subscribe to, he might just be a loyal employee carrying out his orders to maintain that other residence for souls.

The Accountant: "Satan is simply the warden of a very large prison. Quiet man actually, thoughtful and he's well read. And I happen to know the idea of sacrificing children in his honor annoys him greatly."

Only God can judge him, so Him alone can answer this.
Incorrect.

Abrahamic religions do not call this out specifically.

Also, not aware of any language in a holy text that specifically mentions sin as a human only capacity.

It is too easy to place Human concepts of sin onto beings who are more than us. It is too animalistic of us to do so.
Did he do something wrong? Yes. A sin? That is GOD to decide.

That is the problem with humans. We think we truly are above and tip top of the food chain of life here on earth when in fact
we truly are animals and proven facts that our animalism still affects us and proves we have not evolved at all.

I am saying we are too lowly to judge sin onto a higher being even if they were cast down into hell.

What do you mean depending on the flavors of Christianity?
Christianity means a follower of Christ.

That means in all regards, against Satan, ie... Lucifer... ie the snake that tried to tempt Jesus in the new testiment of the holy bible.

Unless your a Satanist there is NO Christian religion of ANY Flavor that does not view Lucifier as a Sinner as it is again ingrained on the new testitment, and bible.
