Is liquid helium electrically conductive? How about liquid nitrogen?

I thought that was a well-known convention, oh well, maybe it isn't.

and yes, S == siemens == Ohm-1 == 'mho'

yes, i am forgetting my conventions. sorry. usually just stick down mol/dm3 myself, and save M for stock bottles. my bad. thx :)

I'm just curious how you plan on storing/using liquid helium. Isn't it really near 0 Kelvin?
