Is Linkboost still around?

So, I need to get some new RAM as my 2GB of g.skill are a little unstable (and I think limiting my overclock even when runing at rated speeds) with my new motherboard (ASUS P5N32-E SLI Plus).

But, the heart of it is that I was looking at getting some "qualified" memory and I was remembering there was something about linkboost and RAM. Is my memeory failing me here? I know that there are Crossfire RAM sticks from OCZ, is there something similar for the SLI chipsets? I'm willing to pay a little extra to make sure it works right out of the box, I don't really want to deal with RMAs.

Crossfire/SLI Ram is just a marketing ploy, there is no difference between that and normal ram.
