Is Letterman funny?

Letterman just seems much more boring and unexciting than Connan, or Leno.

I don't want to start a flame war, I just want to understand why people like him. He seems to have a certain style that I don't get 😉. Also, his laughter is very annoying, and that musician friend of his is just odd. I tried watching Letterman from start to finish, and it rarely makes me laugh. Is he the "old people comedy?" :Q

Does anyone here find Letterman to be funny?

P.S. I think Connan is a little sexy in a geeky way :Q

Well, for one, finding Conan O'Brien "sexy" in any way is not something that would happen to any human male with anything close to a normal testosterone level.

The only thread on Letterman that remotely resembles my question is the "Now worthless Connan Vs.. Vs.." thread, which is not what I am asking. I just want to understand what you guys like about Letterman in particular.

letterman's OK...leno's pretty funny and very lively...kinda refreshing to watch......conan's just makes my tummy hurt every time....he's way too random and stuff...and his interviews are quite possibly the best celebrity interviews to ever embrace the television set...
 
i used to dig letterman back when i was little. the top ten lists and mujibur and sirajul used to make me and my buddies laugh pretty hard.

now i can't really stand any of those shows.
