Is Kingston ValueRAM 512MB PC2700, CL2.5 any good?

I dunno, but I have Kingston PC2100 ValueRam in 256MB sticks. It's fine for my OC purposes. I have 2x 256 PC2100 on a Shuttle AK31A with Athlon XP 1800 OCed from 133MHz FSB to 150MHz (1725MHz internal clock).

Since so many others are using and overclocking Mushkin or Crucial DDR RAM, I'd try that. Kingston's "ValueRAM" is probably named so for a reason. With so many things in this world, You get what you pay for! 😀

If you want to OC the hell out of an XP, spend a whole $20 more and get Mushkin or Crucial. I have no experience with either, but it seems to be the choice of many PC gurus.
