Is Kenny Korean?

This "sketch" screeenshot is from the recent Whale episode and a friend pointed out to me that Kenny appeared to be Korean. At first I scoffed and now I wonder if it is some sort of joke by the animators/creators of South Park.

What do you guys think?

Nah, they showed is face in the michael jackson ep and it wasn't asian...at least not the way South Park does asians.

Koreans aren't so bad. It's those damn mainlanders pissing all over the place at Hong Kong Disneyland that are trashy.

They have shown Kenny a few times, in the movie and I believe in the episode about Michael Jackson where Kenny pretending to be MJ's adopted son and was promptly killed.
