I'm sure he is. Just like all of the other dime-a-dozen rappers who are just like him.

what about being the owner of highly successful record label, a clothing company, an nba basketball team, a premium vodka manufacturer, and a successful restaranter and night club owner.

We won't even mention the charitable causes he supports.

typical that you would pull lyrics from a handful of his most mainstream songs to criticize........

what have you done again? oh thats right not a damn thing worth mentioning.

All of which you can do without shooting people, slapping women, dealing drugs, and throwing out various epithets. And I'm sure he does it all himself, and doesn't have a half dozen "business managers" doing the grunt work while he just shows up to cut ribbon.

We won't even mention the charitable causes he supports.

I'm sure if I sold rock all my life, I'd have a lot of money to give to charity. As it is, I have to donate what I can.

Just keepin' it real, G.

If its that easy every rapper would be worth hundreds of millions and have his resume.

I don't think he's hating, he's merely pointing out a few facts. While I don't disagree with you that Shawn Carter is a shrewd busines man I also must say that it truly seems he's gotten more of what he has more charisma than intelligence. But money can buy things that make you appear to be intelligent.

I think the dude's just really blessed in what he's accomplished. He's one of my favorite rappers, but there have been many times when I wondered who let him put out this crap when I hear something.

His new stuff is a prime example.
