Is it wrong to luv DBZ

Of course it's not "wrong". Everyone has their own taste. Some people enjoy watching cartoons, some dramas, some large behemoth men chasing after a ball. They're all equally stupid.

Bleach and Naruto >> DBZ in every way.

U won a  and :cookie: for the right answer!

No man Naruto was good for 1st 70 episodes, then it was just talk.. DBZ on the other hand Is full on action, never stops. Bleach,, "Ehh,, woo big sword" Goku can pwn um all

As long as it doesn't involve a tube of lube, a bowl of jello, and some strange positions...I don't see anything wrong with it.

are you 10?

No I am not ten, and its the same as if an old man liked looney toons.
Except for the fact looney toons were actually good (and thats for nostalgic purposes, you're doing it for continuous enjoyment)

To each his own.

My sixteen year old brother really likes some of those shows. He's kind of delayed, though. (Not to imply that you have to be delayed to enjoy certain programs past a certain age.)

I've tried to watch DBZ to see what all of the hype is about, and I am just convinced that there is nothing there. I thought I gave it a fair chance, and I still think the show is just absolutely awful. It is really beyond ridiculous; it isn't clever, witty, and the "action" is watching people sweat and concentrate like they are pushing brown.

Mmmm, I guess you guys are all the "New school" anime watchers. In older Japanese anime, one's actually suppose to take in the story as is and not over analyze. As in "Goku is power in up, he's getting more powerful, he is sweating" ?AS IS?, so he "looks like he's constipated, so what, a lot of things we do might appear that way. That was not the original intent however.

If one would give it a rest on thinking of every possible way of battering the show, thinking of every joke possible, then the show becomes very interesting and exciting. I've noticed a lot of pre "misconceptions" in some of the responses before those people actually saw the show. Such as watching it ALREADY with the idea that it is babyish and ridiculous, just waiting to be convinced that it is not; most shows cannot do that.

DBZ like all shows is how one perceives it, but those perceptions can be what was gained from the show, or misguided from the beginning.
