if someone is sitting near me and talking really loud then I will NOT look at them but also talk louder.... even if I am alone

once they start to get pissed at my noise, they often have an epiphany

People dialing numbers while driving are irritating. Push Number.. Swerve...Push Number...Swerve...etc

People who scream into their cellphones and have the volume up so loud that everyone within a 10m radius can hear their conversation are annoying.

People who point their noses to the sky and make this "Behold, I am making a call! Look how important I am!" motion are annoying.

People who are rude to people who are using their cell phone normally are equally annoying.

crazyfool, I don't believe that you do that. I think it's a fun lie to pull off on ATOT, and if you do do it you're an asshole. For all you know that person is on the phone with somebody in the hospital or they just got a call back from somebody regarding a new job. Or perhaps they're just minding their own business and that's what they do when you're having some stupid conversation with a friend in the line to the movie theater. So, unless they're bothering YOU don't bother THEM.
Hey, I know it's uncool but I almost DIED. I saw my life flash before my eyes only to realize this jerk was on a cellphone after it all happened.
Fine, then harass the guy that nearly killed you; not some innocent stranger.

Skoorb, you got me. I only did the "dumdum thinks he's in a phonebooth" thing once. I don't think the guy even noticed. I've been saving up that astroglide line... :D

I'm not kidding, I almost died because somebody thought talking on their cellphone was more important than guiding their 2-ton car at 50mph. It was a seriously scary experience and when I saw the dork on his cellphone I almost blew a fuse and wanted to roadrage and push him off the road and do the kinds of things you get sent to jail for. It was very traumatic and yet this guy couldn't have cared less. I think I am starting to really hate rude people and yet they are trying to draw me to the rude side.

Where I live, it is against the law to drive a car and use a mobile phone. Not sure if you're allowed with a hands free kit anymore either. Still see people doing it, but their is a hefty fine now, which helps. And the roads got a hell of a lot safer too. We also have one of the highest mobile phone usage in the world. Lots of people used to drive and talk, making it hell on the roads when 1 in about 9 drivers was one a damn phone.
