Is it worthy upgrade to haswell from ivy bridge pro?

Hello, i want to buy a pro.but i m confused should i but 4th gen pro or 3rd gen.or wait for boardwell.i found there is not much different performance for noob level gamer for me.i also not going to do oc in life.What is thought about pro 3470?i think it is bang for buckss.pls let me know ur views
