No, and get the Chaintech $75 nforce board instead of the ones you listed.

If you're going to spend over $100 on a motherboard you should probably be buying socket 939 instead of 754.
 
For most people no. If you go with the NF4 mobo you are gonna have to get a pci-express video card as well. So, the difference will be much larger than ~$70. There are cheaper 939 mobos that allow you to use your current agp card. If you are gonna build a system that you will just replace in 2-3 years then the 754 is cheaper and a better value. If you plan to o/c and/or upgrade then 939 would be the way to go. If you want to go 939 & pci-express then the NF4 mobo would be of value to you. If you're not going to use the added features, then it is not "worth" it. Now, you just need to decide what your requirements are. 🙂
