Is it worth re-installing XP to support IO APIC?

I have a MSI 645 Ultra and apparently the SiS 645 supports IO APIC. MS states on its website that IO APIC is significantly faster than IRQ sharing. If I were to re-install XP to force the support of IO APIC, would I notice a difference in performance? I've got an AIW Radeon, NIC, and SBLive! Value all sharing an IRQ currently (just fine of course). Or should I leave things well enough alone because the performance difference would be insignificant?

If Windows is sharing IRQs in ACPI mode, then it did not detect your system as fully IO-APIC compliant. Only the ACPI HAL can address the IO-APIC.

Thanks. I was wondering why it did not install the APIC support in the first place.
