Is it worth it?

My brother is looking at upgrading. Right now he is running an Athalon 64 and wants something. I would help with a build but he is on a VERY tight budget. He sent me this link and I don't see any glaring problems, other than its from WORST BUY but tell me what you think. It will be used for Office Suite applications and WOW from time to time. He said in 1 month or so he would consider dropping $100 ish on a video card. Will it work.

For the Office Suite, I don't think he should currently really be limited with his current hardware, might make a significant difference for WoW but from what I remember that game was never multi-thread optimized? Correct me if I'm wrong but I remember coming across dozens of threads on how to modify the way WoW ran on the end user system to allow it spread itself across multiple threads but maybe that's changed?

And it would work the way he plans I suppose, doesn't quite feel like a good deal to me for some reason. As you said, there is no glaring problem with the system for what your brother intends to do with it. What exactly is his budget anyways? Cheaper being preferred is a given.

That's the card he has now. he wants to. upgrade and is looking to stay under 500. just wants a faster computer so that he can do light photo editing and WOW from time to time.

I think it's not worth the price, it comes with integrated ATI graphics, I presume it should be the ATI 4200. You can get a better PC for 500 bucks than this.
