Is it worth it?

is the extra 20 bucks worth it? and by the way yes i am planning to over clock.

I just made the same decision. I picked the DFI, better raid, quiet n' cool, better sound (i think ) only 20 bucks more.

Plus the DFI has the 1GB NIC, built in firewall, and firewire ports. I agonized over getting the Chaintech or DFI and picked the latter. Everything has been fine so far. There was a thread about problems with the DFI board, but I have not encountered any of them as of yet.
