Thats a good price but its still a 100 bucks more than a 9800pro. I'm holding off for a 6800GT or 800 XT.

yea but that only has 4 pipelines so it way slower than the regular 9800pro
You mean the MSI r9800p has only 4 pipelines?? and please link this 6800 from compusa for the price of a 9800 pro . Sounds to good to be true.

He is prob thinking of the 9800pro with 128 bit memory, formerly known as a 9500pro. The only 9800's with 4 pipes are 9800SE's.

The card in question appears to be a full bore 9800pro to me.

The 6800 spanks the 9800Pro, has SM3, and is capable of being SLId to what should be above 6800UE performance.
How is that not worth it?

I have to agree, if you can in fact get a 6800 for ~ the same as a 9800pro, the choice is pretty obvious.

I want to see where you are really getting 6800's for the same price as 9800 pros. Not just "you can get them". I would like to see a link.

No it isn't. This is not the PCI-express version we are talking about here, nor are they out yet.

Ever played Jetset Radio Future on the Xbox Jiffy?
As Prof K would say,"I haven't been this excited since my first date, you know what I'm sayin'?!?! I forgot to wear my underwear baby!"

LOL I was in a hurry at lunch.

No link needed just call the closest Comp USA and ask if u can pre order a PNY 6800. They will either give your the 30% off or not. They did with me when I just got a 6800 GT for $288 shipped.
