Is it worth buying a GeForce4 Ti4200-8X DDR 64MB? tomshardware.com places that card quite high on the benchmark tests:

I'm on a tight budget, but I don't want to buy something that's useless in a few months. Is OEM a bad idea?

I'm now considering the 128MB model, which is more than twice the price. I would like some headroom for future games.

I have an Asus Ti4200 128MB AGP 8x

Stock settings: 252/512

Current stable settings: 300/600 - no artifacts

I paid $149.99 shipped from Newegg for it and the card simply rocks!

I wouldn't bother getting a 64MB card, it will be holding your system back in a couple months, especially if you start playing the latest and greatest games

i disagree if your going to pony up the extra 20 dollars to get a 128 meg card (cheapest on newegg is 140)
get a ati 9500 pro (allstarshop.com for 174 shipped )
