Is it worth $125 to upgrade to C2D T5600 on HP dv2000?

depends on how strict you must be on the budget. i think it's worth it...it has a few more MHz, is c2d vs core duo (so a little faster per clock) and is 64-bit vs 32-bit (i guess good for vista in the future)
