Is it worse being the dumpee or the dumper?

You never know. He might be happy that you are gone.
 
All depends on the reason the breakup is happening.

If the dumpee cheated on the dumper and thats why the break-up happened, I am guessing the dumpee doesn't feel the same pain
However, if the dumper just doesn't like the dumpee anymore and thats why, well the dumpee probably will be more hurt.
 
its worse being the dumpee because the dumper is like "I have to get out!" and the dumpee is like "WTF just happened!"
 
i like being the dumper because i love to sit on the pot and read magazines.

i hate, however, being the dumpee. i cant stand cleveland steamers.
 
It depends. Offhand, I'd guess that half the time I've been dumped, I was just fine with it and I would have felt worse initiating the breakup. The other half of the times I'd still been attached to her and she'd found another interest, so I'd say that in those cases she was feeling a lot better than I did once the deed was done.
