I've never cut it because it's just one. Not that I'm wishing for more to go with it, but I find it some what startling now that I think about it.

Is there such thing as Gray hair? I thought it was just a mix of black and white that appears gray.

I'm in my 40s and I dont have white or gray hair. I have silvery translucent hairs. Most of my hair is black, about 90%, the other 10% is silver/translucent. And being my hair is long and usually in a pony-tail the silver/translucent hair cant be seen unless you look for it. Im just grateful that at my age I still have all of my hair. My father went gray and balding in his early 20s. Last pic I saw of him he was completely bald and the photo was taken when he was around my current age.

Anyway I get them sometimes too and the white hair is unusually longer than the black hairs. Go figure.
