Probably not, since there might be no direct blood line. But why would anyone do that?
Just check to make sure.

Marriage is really nothing more than a legal binding agreement for the government due to legal purposes behind a veil of religious traditions that try to tie in morality. So your step dad is just some dude with a piece of legal paper stating to the govt that he is banging your mom while living with her which gets the nod of approval from the religious and traditional perspectives and if he breaks said agreement, there will be hell to pay while the stigma or label of divorcee tattoo's him for life like a used car someone didn't want for unknown reasons.

Anyone can buy rings and tell people they are married so no it's not weird to bang or even marry your stepdad's sister. Now if she is blood, then things get weirder because that means your mom and stepdad are......and you are......then everyone else is like....^_^
It's a taboo ingrained in our culture, brainwashing us centuries back into thinking incest makes retard babies and God hates such people and their retard babies despite the fact that Adam and Eve's kids had to ....omg, we are all retard, incest babies!!!

If you are a decendant of Charles Martel then it is par for the course. If not, yeah, it's weird.

Why would you marry a woman 10 years older than you?

This. That's just dumb. Really, really dumb.

Better question would be if it's weird to marry your (ex)wife's sister. Then have kids. With both. The kids would be like what, brother-cousins? Wait... it's not weird, it's West Virginia!

I honestly don't think it's a big deal (fucking or marrying relatives). As long as both are consenting adults, who gives a shit? It's only considered "weird" or "wrong" because it used to be and that's continued, not for any good reason.

Worried about offspring with congenital disorders? Use a condom, or DHITB lulz.

I know two preteens that were dating pretty seriously. Then their single parents began to date and pretty soon they were a merged family.
Feel kinda bad for the kids. They weren't doing anything wrong and are expected to just stop having feelings for each other.
