I make it a policy to never compliment a woman on any aspect of her appearance. I do not ever socialize in any 1 on 1 situations with any women from my workplace. If a woman in my organization comes to my office for anything I make sure the office door stays open at all times. It's sad that I have to do these things but I have seen a couple instances of harassment allegations that were clearly false ruin a colleagues reputation and damage their careers.

So, basically you're afraid of women.
